He understands the market inside and out, especially the new construction side, which can be a completely different world. He knows how builders operate, how to structure offers, what to look out for in contracts, and how to negotiate incentives the right way. That kind of knowledge makes a huge difference. He communicates clearly, stays ahead of every detail, and keeps everything moving without drama. Nothing slipped through the cracks. I was on my own with the purchase of my condo. I am not up on technology, and knew little about the repairs that needed to be done in my new home. Saro Hagopian was with me every step of the way! He patiently explained each of the many documents and on-line procedures necessary for the deal. He carefully explained the repair estimates one by one. He knew who to call for all the work that had to be done. This was especially helpful to me since I was not near my new home. He went several times to the home to oversee the workers and check that all went well with repairs, AFTER our deal was done. He went waaaay beyond what an ordinary agent would be expected to do, and I am extremely grateful to have had his energetic, caring and professional help.
